Yes. All of our diy kits and plug and play lights are full spectrum.
LEDs run as hot as any other lighting watt for watt. However, due to the higher efficiency of LEDs, you only need 60-70% of your current HPS wattage to still maintain or even improve your light (PPF) output; this means an overall reduction in heat. LEDs also put a lot of the heat into the heatsink rather than at the canopy allowing you to manage the heat better than traditional lighting.
